wow! cheap, perfect upgrade for anyone running a standard turbo auto! good luck with the sale. I have often thought about going to an auto from manual, but buggered if I know how the microtech would wire up.

To sweeten the deal, I'll throw in the Full Manual for free. $1700.00 outright, Full Manual and requires no Transmission ECU to drive.

Ok, hypothetically, what am I looking at to change from Manual to Auto? Time? Money, excluding price of box? Alterations (tailshaft, computer, electrical, mechanical)? Anyhelp may make me decide to go to an auto rather than another manual. Sorry for the hijack, but it may include buying this box.

I have 225rwkws now, and will go to about 250rwkws in the next month or so, and I want to race it, so the auto would be the go. Anyway i don't want to hijack this for sale thread. even though I kinda already have.

You need starter motor, ecu unless your running aftermarket, flex plate, heat shield, tailshaft, and few bit and pieces. Conversion parts cost around 200 plus a tailshaft after that. Well worth it i rckon if you get a good auto built and keas definently the man. Just done the conversion aswell.

You dont need the computer at all? Mines a converted factory turbo manual to auto running Haltech. If you've been in one you'd know the auto are far more suited to the RB30 for straightline. If its manual valve aswell grab it, you wont look back. Off the line and the shift from 1st to 2nd is sweet. I kept my starter motor? Theyre the same. Good thing is, the money you get for the MX7 pretty much covers the cost of doin the conversion. Each to their own I guess.
