I have loved VL's (N/A's and Turbo alike) for a longgggg time and a bit of a Holden boy. I recently made a very nice decision on buying a well looked after and modified VL-T from Whitey. The car was from GoldCoast and had the plates WHT-11. From the GC, my old man and I decided to drive it back up to Cairns... We made it to Mackay, where the diff and CV joint decided to die. We then made the worst decision in life to get the car carried up by *** (i choose to let this company remain anonymous. When the car arrived they had put a very strange dent in the bonnet, drivers side skirting pulled loose, stress fractures throughout the custom front grill and banged up the bottom sleeve of my intercooler. But things are going ahead. Their insurance is covering it and should be hearing from them soon. I have alot of ideas and plans for this car. Whitey did a hell of a job getting it this far and i can almost feel the sweat and tears put into this engine bay. MODS: Full bare metal 2-pak respray in original colour Evening Blue. im very interested to see how this goes. especially to see how the ACL pistons hol up especially with all the mixed emotions on how they hold up. but yeah very nice car. congrats on a good build.

Well i havnt heard any bad feedback about the ACL pistons. Car is going well, its baffling a bit, maybe thats because it just needs to be retuned due to the rebuild and only 1 tuning done a while back...????

That's a very interesting front bar mate. Quite creative! Looks good though. It's missing from the 2nd last photo though. Which one's currently on it now?
