To christian this forum..I think we need a brag thread...stock, mild, wild..post em up!
Here's my baby
It's a relatively basic engine...
We got it for $350...NOTE $350 :P...from the mechanics next door out of an ex-cop VK. It's running etc and sounds beautiful (with no exhaust)! It's in a HJ one tonner which should be some fun!
Quicks specs:
304 (I guess) 5L block
Holley 750 (Yes i know, overkill...but it came with it)
40,000thou overbore
Turbo350 trans
"Good" distributer leads (not sure that counts for anything though)
That's all I can think of for now...It's got a chrome air filter sittin on it now, and chrome rocker covers are going on soonish.

09-04-05, 18:26 GMT+10#20 haha one of my mates just picked up a vn ex chaser 5.0L with 215,000kms headers exhaust all that, looks great and goes so hard for $800 (yes, eight hundred!) with 1 month rego
BUT it was a theft recovery that had been used in a drive-by, still its a stupidly good deal!
