ask all the workshops and see what price u can get... unfortunately cheap and forgies dont go together, at best they are still going to cost over a grand, and rods will cost more, why do u want forged rods tho??? id just get the stock rods machined, they have been proven.. AFAIK poower porting they basically get your manifold and push this gooe stuff through the ports with so much pressure that it completely smooths out all the dags and makes them smooth as silk.. thus increasing airspeed.. apparantly it costs a few hundred to do, and probably wouldnt make too much of a difference..

If your going to get your inlet/exaust manifolds power ported your looking at some big $$$. Ive had mine done but also hand the flow matched as well so when the cars tuned thiers less likely to be lean-outs in the cylinders due to this. Also it does help the overall flow of things as long as thiers no other restriction in the system.

i got quoted 1250 for forged ARIES... might go along with that... as for power porting... ive decided its not worth it for my application... thanx again guys...
