was just cleaning my car, and am starting to get fed up with cleaning my mags..
just wondering if anyone has found a realy good product to spray on and wash off that works good.
when i first got my mags i just used soapy water... but now it gets covered in heaps of brake dust, and my washing spung is stuffed after one rim.. ( i also wash inside the rim as well as the outside)
i just tryed to use kero... boy that was a mistake..
so if anyone knows of a good mag cleaner could you please tell me the brand...
ive tryed one,but all it did was wash off what i could of washed of with a hose...
cheers Kris

I found the meguiars product to be reasonable, but a far easier way is to have one sponge for the wheels and one for the car. Wash the car first and then with the leftover water use the other sponge to clean the wheels.

I use meguiars as well. Don't have a complaint.
It gets into all those spots your sponge doesn't.
But when I'm being Scruge McDuck I just use elbow grease, soapy water, waterblaster, sponge and a rag.
Got to be careful with the waterblaster though.

Hey, I have the original mags on my VL Calais and I wanted to buff them.
Any suggestions on the best way to do this, eg: what pads to use, etc?
Thanks =D
