howdeh! goin to the gold coast on the 8th of feb till the 17th with me missus vl_stunna, we are staying at surfers just wondering if anyone can give me the low down on the area, like wheres good to go at night etc?? clubs pubs? also will there be any good cruises on etc i wouldnt mind seeing the vl's up that part of the country cheers Pete Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

My suggestion on pubs in surfers- Gilhooleys, O'Malleys, Beer Garden... Clubs, maybe Shooters, Melbas, Rose&Crown

as for cruising.. head over to broad water car park on saturday night and the spit and esplanade on sunday afternoon... *take note* u'll see alot of ***wits around the place... and alot of ricers.. specially on the espo on sunday arvo... there's plenty to see and do anyhow.. so u should have a pretty good holiday !! peace out.

Yep , What they all said. Good weather too this time of the year. Makes the beach a good place to chill after a big night. Most of us are at the Broadwater carpark at some stage on a Sat night.

I can tell you now, The broady was the best in Aust for mass cars. It's getting back to normal but will be shut down very soon. Highrise across the road has a political resident.

pete, you can best appreciate gold coast if you were single but you can still have fun i guess... Shooters is pretty cool i went there and its awesome atmosphere... Theres bulk chicks there!!!! scantily clad especially at surfers! I went there a few years back its awesome you'll have a ripper of a time... The people there are a lot friendlyer (car scene) especially the dudes from BWCC which some of them i met when i was there. That carpark is full of sick cars on sat nites you will love it for sure!!!
