hey guys iv decided to put angle eyes in my vl (like a bmw) ive already got both head lights out and the leanse's off just gotta go buy the ccfl rings ill try and get some pics of it... basicly it will be four 80mm rings in the head lights two in each, they will be abl;e to be turned on and off via the cabin independantly of the head lights/parkers , and will be viewable at day time, i am not buing it as a kit these accual rings are for computer case modding, $70 aposed to $400+ im putting blue ones in (my car is a metalic baby blue colour)do you think it wil look good? do u think it would be worth making a tech article on it? ok changed plans a bit , i used the same method of doing it as the guy with the crx did his. using perspex rod and ledshere is the finshed result(havent put the left hand indicator in yet but) Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

oh yeah my car is an sl not a calais, its getting ether a vl area body kit with a le bobtail spolier or ssv vr clubsport style front bar, vt club sport sideskirts, vt clubsport rear bar, le bobtail spoiler paint job willbe bare metal respray same baby blue metalic colour + heavy purple pearl il prob ly put calais head lights on as well

DO NOT put a late model kit on your car, it just looks wrong on a vl and looks very gay. The aero kit with LE boot spoiler would look heaps better, and calais front end if your getting that too. As for the lights, not sure man. looks pretty bright lol but I guess you won't know till you try it.

my mate has them on his wrx sti they look mad at night time but they only go str8 ahead unlike normal headlights witch also go out to the side a little bit

Just wondering if you realise these will be illegal ? You are not allowed any coloured forward facing lights except indicators. Worst case, if the lights are blue, you can actually get done for impersonating a police officer. This has nothing to do with the fact that I think it will look crap - just letting you know. Cheers

awwell getting the idea you's wont like them but i want to do sumthing diffrent to my vl and not have ricey blue led parkers. well i post pics of when it is done

Yeah I don't see how a red led in the parker is any gayer then a blue circle on your lights. If you do it at all do it white, but It will look silly .. very silly, and you'll be quite the fool.
