Thought id put up a few pictures of my VL.Some of you guys might recognise it as ex MRHELE's and TUF-304's.Ive owned it for about 16 months and quite a few things have changed.
Model - VL Berlina
Colour - Burgendy/Maroon??? with silver moulds
Bodykit - As if
Engine - Stock VT Clubsport 5L
Engine Mods - Vortech S-Trim at 10lbs of boost,Custom air intake using modified airbox,Water Injection,36lb Injectors,New VN V8 high pressure intank pump,New Bosch 550hp external pump,
Exhaust - Genie extractors into single 2 1/2 inch exhuast running cat,muffler box and rear resonator
Power - 207.9 rwkw
ECU - EMS I mean stock......
Gearbox - T700 rebuilt with strenghtened internals,Stage 2 shift kit,Transmission cooler,
Diff - BW78 series diff,25 spline axles,3.23 LSD,
Wheels - 18 inch Chrome AME's or 15 inch stockies with hubcaps and 225's,
Brakes - Front upgraded to VT slotted rotors with Nissan 4 spot calipers,rear is stock,V8 booster and 1 inch master cylinder,
Interior - Front SV5000 leather/velour seats,Series 2 Calais rear seat/door trims,5 inch Autogauge monster tacho,Momo wheel,
Stereo - Sony xplode CD head unit,4 inch speakers in dash,6 inch JVC splits in parcel shelf,
The T700 is out and is just about on its last legs so a full manual T350 with high stall will be going in in the next few weeks.The engine is also coming out in the next week to have a few weeping welsh plugs and leaking rear main fixed.
Also got 1 3/4 Pacemakers into twin 2 1/2 inch,single 3 inch out over the diff as soon as the box and engine are back in.Then its back off to Jakes Performance for a retune which should free up another ~ 30kw's.
The diff is also going to be upgraded to 3.7's with a Detroit-Style locker centre.
During all of this im going to pull the moulds/bumpers off and re-paint them as their getting abit shabby.
Seems im going to be fairly busy over the few coming weeks.
