my name is Calle and as the title says ... iam from sweden... the thiny country far away from everything in the north...
i few month ago i dident when know what holden was... but my girl friend are from Australia..perth. and when her friend was over here some month she started talking about commodores and stuff... I only know what opel commodores was...
And since cars are my biggest intrest... i felt that i have to search about holden...
... so now i have read all that i have find on holden on different pages... i visit fullboost all the time and download all the movies... i really love the pannic... so cool... and good looking...and so fast...
And last i find this forum...it seems really good... much things to read and learn... going to australia next year in july.. iam looking forward to see my first holden in real life... maybe sounds funny to u that see them everyday... but for me it�s going to be a big monent...hehe
is there any good dragrace around perth? or is perth far away from all the action? have a good day....

Im not to sure about Perth, but if you want to see lots VLT's (commodore VL Turbos) you have to goto Melbourne.
Im going to Perth on a trip soon, hope to see a few members from here as well!

That's about the limit of my Swedish after two months in Bor�s. Pretty bad I know but you know how lazy us English speakers are. Where are you from in Sweden ?
Not sure whats happening in Perth but you might want to check out the Western Australia section at the bottom of the forum list. They also have a pretty big HDT (Brock) following over there too from what I can make out.
You'll soon find out that the only reason our cars last as long as they do here is because it doesn't snow. It sure isn't because of the build quality.
Now, seeing a SAAB at the drags would be something different !

hey sweden thats where the sickest DVD's of Getaway in stockholm are made. they are awesome DVD's, i have the whole collection of them and love them so much, i heard there is a new one out that i am going to buy as soon as i start my new job cant wait to see it. also i see u guys have alot of illegal street racing in sweden and also some very very nice girls too hehehehe, love to go over to sweden one day to check out the crazy cars you guys have there and also check out the ladies too hehehehehe. Yeah the geatway movies are recorded in stockholm.. i hade getaway 3 on the computer.. yeah they are cool....do u have getaway 5 with the rx-7 .... but ghost rider is one step cooler...or dumber...= )
yes they are much illigal streetracing here.... but i dont know how much illigal racing u got over there... that�s the way it goes when u dont get to race lligal... Go to speedlife.se if u want to look at some car movies from sweden...there is a new movie it�s like the getaway.. called "The ultimate ride" and there is a lot of drag movies and stuff.....u can get that page in english.. .. And go to vsmotor.no and look at ther bmw m5...u can get it in english aswell... i like the bottom movie from rudskogen...

Drag with a saab... many people do that here... record is 10.88 without whellibars .. the record in hk is 754 hk out of 2,0 liter fourcylider but that car havent got under the 11 sek line yet..

if ya want a hot holden and got 45 g australian then buy his car it will make for some serious talk back in sweeden

Yes perth has a huge car seen, heaps of holden Commodore LS1's etc and a big import car seen, u should have fun, on a sunday u go down to scarbourgh (can't spell) and that's where alot of people hang out!

yea i have heard of number 5 and seen the trailer and cant wait to buy it, aslo ghostrider is crazy too, i have part one and two and when i show people getaway in stockholm all they wanna do is put a camera on their cars and floor it through sydney hehehehe like the guys on the DVD also with ghost rider they $hit the gear hard, have to admit ghost rider is one crazy Mother****er

Thats good that perth has a good car scene... = ) i have to by a new digital camera before the trip....with much memory..hehe.. what is this "quitmotorplex" for place... is it near perth..i dont know if i remember the name correct...

okej... that�s better than here.. the 98 octan petrol that i get for my saab turbo is about ..if i have counted right = ) little over 2 aus dollar... = ( here we have so much tax on petrol.... they dont want people to drive for fun....Must save the enviroment.. they say.."cars are made for transportion"....nothing to have fun with ...grrr...
