Good luck finding a 6 litre HSV engine for a few years, even once they are released i think they'll be hard to find. I think you'll find you have some issues with fitting this engine in the bay aswell, unless you don't mind cutting a few bits out here and there. When the new xr6 turbo engines came out i heard alot of wreckers (even around townsville) had a waiting list for people wanting to buy them so I can't see the new 6 litres being much different. Still it would be nice ... and QUICK, good luck with finding an engine Dean

suburban imports sell them for $7000 complete... 260kw out of the crate. slap a bigger cam in get it tuned with a good exhaust and you'd be hitting nearly 350kw, easiest things to get power out of makes rb30s seem like a waste of time Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

yeah sinister sounds like your talking about the 5.7litre LS1s, coz the 6.0litre LS2s make 297kw standard. also should be able to pick up a LS1 cheaper than that now... there are a few differences between LS1 and LS2, but the stroke is the same. I would just get an LS1 and work that!
