With a hiflow t03 set at 9psi and a stock relief valve in the intake manifold, will the turbo still reach 9psi or stop at the 6psi because of the relief valve. Also is it ok running in a motor with 9psi on the hiflow and the stock relief valve with no cooler?

turbo will reach 9psi but the overboost valve will open at 6/7psi or what ever it is. might be a good idea to get a brass bung and plug it up. should be fine running in the motor like that.
