Does any one know of the huge crash that happend in glenorchy the other morning? Someone told me that a calais turbo was speeding towards moonah and got airborn over the Elwick Rd intersection and lost control and slammed into a light pole cutting the pole in half. Apparantly the skid marks are about 60m long . Does anyone know who it was or what happend? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

I guy from work said he drove past the accident. According to him it was at night and it was wet. Car involved was a red VL and said it must have been flying to do the damage it did. Haha just informed by another co-worker that it was definetly a red Skyline, not a VL! Fuct if I know SiM Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

When I was talking to my mate Adam yesterday who owned the Calais in the link below, he said the guy he sold it to wrote it off and is pretty fecked up. Being a red Calais and all maybe it was this car. http://www.calaisturbo.com.au/showthread.php?t=13896
