Man I'm going the other way. RB30ET to 5ltr. Wiring loom will be your big problem. Also your x member will be different, you'll need one out of a VL that had a RB30.

Okey, You have PM. I would have considered it, but I'm already building a red 308, and getting a VK ready to drive while the VL is off the road.

Im still not sure about the Change over from 5L to RB30 What would the Major probs be in the transfer or would it be relitivly easy as the VL Came out with the RB30? Would i be able to do the change myself. I am good at changing stuff but not electrical stuff as someone said the Big prob would be the wireing loom. what does this mean?
