I'm in the process of begining to lower my VL just wondering if anyone has an opinion on springs and shocks. I'm not sure wether to go for the super low or low king springs, with some monroe shocks. Or to go for pedders springs and shocks. Any one got any suggestions? Any other variations would be helpful also. THanx

Kings springs are good and cheap, last about 2 years Pedders are good springs and never heard of them sagging or ****ing up. Shockers if your on a budget go monroes, If you have the money go KYB, whiteline. Pedders shockers are freaking expensive for what they are. Mem-

I have Pedders Sports Ryder springs. Haven't sagged yet, and they have been in two cars so far. Don't get their Sports Ryder shocks though, the valving is absolutely **** for the street. Best thing i ever did was throw them away and put cheap Monroe Sensatracs in the front. Nice and comfortable ride now. Pedders Comfort Gas or VRD, whatever they are called are good though.... Nice and comfortable. My bro runs Kings Springs in his Skyline, and they havent sagged, done plenty of k's and are 4+ years old easy. No personal experience with Kings in VL's though. Mick
