Hi Going to convert my calais to a manual, going to do it myself. Just wondering what wiring changes do I have to do to complete the manual conversion? Cheers

Ok, there are two looms/connections with the wires that you need to use from around the brake booster area, it does not matter which ones you use though. You have to give the green wire 12v to get the reverse lights to work. Any of the pink wires have 12v when the ignition is on, so use one of them to send to the switch then the return from the switch you connect to the green wire. Note: This is the green wire with *NO* trace. The green wires with the black trace go to the neutral switch. To get the starter to work you need to give the green wire with black trace 12v from a pink wire aswell. From factory, the neutral switch gives earth to the grey wire (when in neutral). This wire goes to the neutral relay on drivers side of engine bay, and to the ecu (also grey) The way i am wiring mine is so the car will only start in neutal. I'm also using the relays as a kill switch for the starter. Do a search aswell this has been covered before but not in much detail. People said to just join the two purple wires on the starter relay- this does not let the ecu know that it's in neutral or the neutral safety relay to be used. Hope that helps a few people.
