man im not too sure on him getin 290rwkws from a t4!!! but if u have 6g to spend on the turbo set up alone.. why not jus look for a calais that has the whole set up? cos im guessin this calais is over 10g so for like 16g u could find wat ur after... but asuming u get this calais, u can get 300rwkw from any of the turbos u mentioned... its jus getin the right one to match ur setup to reach this kind of power, that ull have to talk to the mechanic that check wat u ACTUALLY have in ur car... by the way... u know 6g will get u a rb26 head an turbos??? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

If your making 290rwkw with a TO4 (Which they are very very capable of) then surely a bit more boost or some valve/ headwork would reach the required 300-320rwkw, and save you a packet in the meantime. Otherwise I'd go the GT35 with 1.06 housing ( room for later on ) and save the rest for a rainy day if something breaks. LOL. You could go a T88 for that money, dont know how streetable they are though, ask Regan (SOWHAT) as his mate had one on an RB30. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
