Iam just wondering what is stronger a TH350 or a TH400 what would be the better option for my VL V8 it is making about 455hp?

i ran a t350 with 580 hp and it was fine. under 500 stick with the t350. t400 is heavier and chew more grunt

t400 is stronger BUT i think a t350 is a better option as they are strong as and dont chew as much hp

turbo 400 is stronger but when have that much power u would go for a 350 as it is still very srong abd has a better first gear.
