Im doing a conversion at the moment and i wanted to know if the vl turbo front pipe bolts onto the dump pipe then onto the exhaust on a stock n/a exhaust system.

Yep....
Just bolt the Front pipe to the dump pipe, and then to the CAT..
Works fine, done this myself.
