The whole Torque Converter/Stall Converter issue can be very confusing. All Torque Converters Stall (slip at low rpm) otherwise the car wouldn't idle in gear. When we modify a Torque Converter to allow the engine to reach a higher rpm, we usually call this a Hi Stall Torque Converter.

thanks guys,
does this mean that the na can be stalled to 2200 using the brakes without hurting it, doesn't it burn the converter or gearbox?
does the standard converter work the same as the stall converters you can buy eg 2500 or would the standard one get destroyed?
