Hey lads, I copped a fine ages ago now. Still on my P's, which is bloody appauling but oh well. When does point replenishment occur, 1 year from the date of offence/ or a year from the date of issue of License. Or neither, who's been there and who can help. And how many points do we get back, 1 point per year?

In QLD the legislation reads like "if you gain more than 4 points in any 12 month period, licence will be suspended". In essance, on your P's you get your points "back" 12 months after the issue date of the offence. (on opens, its 3 years).

Thanks, so a year from offence I'll have the full 4 back. The mrs has been asking me aswell, we're both in the same boat.. Hers because of a faulty speedo that reads too high, and mine reading too low, I thought I was doing 85 and the cop said 75, can't complain. Now all I have to do is figure out when I copped the latest fine.
