ok here goes. This auto box in my N/A at the moment is locked into drive. First gear is locked up solid and won't budge. Second gear is just non-existent and reverse is the only normal gear in the whole damn box. It's getting a real pain driving with just drive (3rd) and I have a manual conversion but haven't got the time yet to do the swap. Anybody got any answers or is the box just stuffed. I gotta learn to drive a bit softer. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

sounds like an electrical problem and its locked the box into [fail safe] mode. it could be number of things eg:auto computer, speedsensor

Well I got first gear back. I don't know how! I put the car into drive this arvo and it clunked then started off in first!! Damn autos, Never did like them.
