Hi guys, whats the best air filter setup to have for a turbo? A pod or panel? Are Pods really as noisy as what ppl say they are?

Pods attract heat unless you got a sheild blocking the heat, Or have a panel filter with cold air induction from under the airbox Pods are good because you can hear the sucking noise Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

Yes your correct, just about every car ive seen is using a pod,i still use the panel, just get the feeling im missing something performance wise. Whats a good Brand od Pod filter to use? Im thinking i might try a pod filter and see how it goes.

K&N are the best brand, they have a higher flow rate. They cost a bit though.

but unless u have it all sheilded off u will loose performance over using a panel!
