yeah that's a terrible choice of turbo for a 3 litre car......
as for oil, water lines you'd need to get them custom made

i have heard nothing but good stuff bout the TD06, the only reason i wanted to go with the td03 is ease of hooking p to intercooler etc.

30-09-04, 16:28 GMT+10#10 its common sense that a stock turbo from a smaller engine will be too small for a larger engine, look on the for sale forum for a good deal, hybrid t3 would be best (but thats just my opinion, im sure there's plenty better)

05-10-04, 21:34 GMT+10#12 tdxx turbos are based on a mitsubishi design (td04 or td06), and txx turbos are garrett (like a t03 or t04). So you got a t3/t4 hybrid?

05-10-04, 22:24 GMT+10#13 Tdo4 are standard issue on 2l wrx.. i pulled one off my 02 wrx and put on a vf22.
Td04 turbo are made by mitsubishi.. and i think far to small for a vl turbo. A t03 makes a Tdo4 look like the tadpole of turbos and a T03 aint big.
Get rid of the Td04. i dont think the will fit on a vlt exhaust manifold.
my old Tdo4 now lives on my stepdads 2l turbo rodeo ute
Tdo4=crap
