there is a hairline crack near the wastegate flap on a hiflow t03 turbo i have, is this a problem or not?

can be , but unless its sizeable then forget about it , wont do much to hinder performance.
ps - should have bought my old hiflo , it just made 320hp on 18psi on new car.

im yet to see one without a crack there.. its ALWAYS in teh same place.
as with the manifold, there is always a little crack in the collector of the manifold where the middle divider is.. im still to see one that aint cracked..
very common.. and not really an issue
