i have a seen a HR with one of this turbos on the same engine as mine and i was wondering wat you guys think of them and the price of this one i dont no jack about turbos so was hoping some of you guys could give me some feedback on one of these it says 550HP but thats at 25psi wich i would never be able to pump through my engine i want to run about max of 10 psi ever so how much power do u guys think that would be maybe 100 or so? http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI...ssPageName=WDVW (http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=72478&item=2491361340&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW) thanks

looks like you may have to run an external gate with that turbo. i would probally go smaller. how do you plan on using it, blow through or suck through?

tripple webbers r wat i was thinkin of doin but went thr tripple su's on cost got a yella terra stage 3 head HR X2 headers pretty much everything that isnt absoluetly ridicoulous to do to a holden 6 is done so now im goin to turbo it then while im fanging that round ill build up a nice 355 to sit in there i just want some power to stuff round with while im doin that and well turbo seems like a good way to do this

I guess if you get the manifolds right it should be ok. Will have to do some wicked tuning i'd imaging, or some carby tweaking to get fuel mixture ok I guess, but i've seen it done. EH! - my next car too Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

There was a place in the trading post that sold full conversion kits as well for early holden motors 149 to 253's was what the said in the ad, for around the $2000. I believe that was manifold, lines and turbo n bolts and pieces. I can look it up again if you want...

You would make heaps more power with a turbo. Just take a look at this... Over 481RWHP, yes please There is not really alot to them. http://home.iprimus.com.au/feroblast/Turbo202trana.htm I'm currently going ahead with a turbo 202 myself except i'll be using injection. For a basic setup you could quite easily get away with it for well below $1000 if you know what you are doing etc. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
