G'day everyone, i'm heading down to Sydney for a week in about a month when i finally finish my bloody uni degree. Pretty much the sole purpose is 2 get really drunk most nights and try to put the tune on some red hot women. So i was wondering if you lads could suggest places to go clubbing/pubbing/checking out cars etc. I'll be staying at Hornsby during the week with relies, but getting a place in town friday and sat night so i can stumble home.

woohoo,this is where im an expert...depending on the music and crowd/style your into...ok
coogee-aussie/footballer crowd with alot of girls/backpackers/dance/funky house music,guarenteed to atleast meet more than 3 girls.
kings x-bourbon/plan b,funky house beats with a funky crowd,mostly about 18-25 with funky threads
dragonfly-same as bourrbon with a fake wanna bee crowd,usually were the bling bling with oweing alot of money on credit cards..lol coke snorters in debt,great looking chicks though
yu/soho- similar crowd to bourbon but alot more relaxed
oxford st-un/dcm-hi nrg dance music,the place to be if you wanna mix with people off chops
any other pub in the city is usually a back packer hang out where your more or less guarenteed a blowie from a drunk pommy chick.
as for hornsby i have no idea about that area,i know not far from there is a place called CASTLE HILL TAV...lol easy place to pick up....enjoy your stay come again.

That first statement is true, personally wouldn't touch em wiht a 40ft pole... BUt they buy u the drinks... so thats alright.
Oh yeah just make sure u dont leave anything worth money in ur car at castle hill.
Sydney is pretty boring unless u wanna get drunk or drug ****ed.... but even if u dont drunk/drug ****ed u have plenty of wankers to keep ya entertained.
If your at Hornsby
Hit up greengate at Killara or Epping on a wednesday night
Thursday night hitup Greenwood (though you might be a little old)
Saturday night go cargo, bungalo 8 or plontoon then head into the X
Go Empire, Plantation plan B or bourban (as OMY 11S stated)
Really depends what crowd you are and what music..
YU and UN are good for the dance music lovers..
Chinese laundry is ok and soho...

I used to live in Castle Hill. For over 23 years (Born There) You are soooo right with that comment. The Mean Fiddler at Rouse Hill goes of on Friday nights too.
Well im heading back to Brissy tommorow, went out to the cross a few days ago. Definately an eye opener, good fun though, I was ****ing blind as. Went to plan, bourbon, x and empire, it was a relatively quiet night though in regards to ppl. As for old Hornsby, not much here, except for a place called the blue gum hotel, its the local. Went there xmas eve, its their big day of the year. It was packed out, heaps of stunners and happy days. Next time I'll have to see if i can score a lift in a vlt to check out the rocks etc.
