Hi Guys,
the Calais didn't pass the pits cos of the following.
Electric Windows not working from all switches.
Hand brake needs adjusting.
Speakers not fitted into door (haha what da fck)
Kick panels not fitted (they were there sitting on the floor, what a cnt)
Needs a WA Government approved immobiliser. (has full alarm system though)
So yea, anyone recommend a sparky to do all this? (besides the speakers, kick panels & hand brake obviously)
Prefer a mobile guy so he can do it at my work in Welshpool.
Also need him to look at the cruise control (not working) and the wipers wont squirt water when the head lights are on, only when they are off and the electric mirrors haha where di I start with them.... someone has done something dodgy on this car somewhere....
Want it done early this week. Trying to get it passed so I can come down to that cruise Sunday.
Cheers!

i use genie auto electrics on norma road in myree he looks after his customers and doesnt overcharge for eg: charged me 50 bucks to fit my turbo timer and hook it up to my alarm and i got quoted 100+ at a well know performance shop because they had toinstall it then wire my alarm in with the turbo timer

Yea I need to do that cos I can't turn the alarm on until the turbo timer cuts off. Stupid set-up. Turbo timer is crap too haha only goes up to 1min 30.

14-09-04, 09:59 GMT+10#11 It's actually illegal to walk away from your car with the car running. So it would be better to have it so the alarm can't be turned on until the turbo timer has cut out. That's how they stole my bloody car!
So now, i can't turn the alarm on till the turbo timer cuts out.... Least that way I know the engine is off, and alarm is on....

14-09-04, 17:44 GMT+10#17 but if someone knows that, smashes ur window while its still running and breaks the ignition to turn the car back on, then they can drive off, and the alarm won't stop them as it doesn't kick in till the engine cuts out...
then ya in trouble!

14-09-04, 19:40 GMT+10#18 thats an interesting point, although i would never park my car in a place where it could get broken into (so i think?)
