Hey guys,
I just had a quote to get brand new lowered King Springs and KYB shocks put in my front end for $485 fitted. Does this sound pretty good? ANd also are the KYB shocks anygood? The other option he said were Ultima's? and advice or prefference on good shocks would be great. Can you get shocks that are stiffer than others also? Cause my ride is so low wouldnt I be better off with stiffer shocks so as it doesnt bounce around much? What else would help the front end suspension for better handling & performance? Thanks guys and sorry bout all the questions! Cheers

For the front i would recommend changing your bushes to all Super Pro poly bushes. Get a bigger sway bar also. Adjustable poly bearing plates are handy too. $485 seems a little steep, id prolly expect to pay around $350-400

thanks mate, anyway i got it done and it is so much better, ride is twice as smooth than my old ****ty cut springs and worn shocks, it actually sticks to the road and handles really good, how difference to rear shocks and rear springs make to the handling of the car? Cause i didnt bother changing them yet, just did the front for now!

I can get King Sh|t springs for the back at $100 but I got burnt with them, I've had Kings installed 4 years ago (car was in storage for a year) and the back drivers spring has sagged, mechanic reckons that it's just a lemon and I might of got a dud one but I don't trust them anymore. Anyone know how much pedders back springs are?
