ive recently had an acident where ive lost control of my car at high speeds and run straight up a gutter... this had pushed my alignment way off tap.. so ive replaced both struts but have noticed my towers have been pushed up.. should i get them knocked bak down or havem cut out and replaced?

a block of wood and a hammer and ur eye for alignment is a quick fix but the bearing plates will also be bent and the tower would have probably bent the replacement u put in. It will pull it back the tower out of line when u bolt it up so put new bearing plate in on that side at least.

probably better to put a set of adjustable bearing plates in it and have a wheel alignment done if you can fit the bearing plates yourself then budget about $200 for a cheap set and an alignment and another $150 for labour if you can't, and that is if you can find someone to repair the tower for u that won't charge through the nose for it. from your description of the Accident you will have probably bent the radius rods as well and may have even punched in the radius rod support in the front of the crossmember. Try a quote from a pedders franchise.
