ok first you will need to remove the cross ova pipe and attatch the part with the avo logo on it to the throttle body

second is to line up the pipe that goes from the turbo to the intercooler so you know wear to cut the hole you cut the hole just under wear the airbox goes when you cut the hole make it at least 20mm bigger than the size of the pipe when you cut the hole get some hose slice it in half and place over the cut edge so it does not cut into the hose

once you have done that then put on the second bit of pipping that goes from the intercooler to the pipe that has the avo logo on it

then you have to conect the intercooler to the piping and tighten the hose clamps. Then it is just a matter of lining up the holes at the top of the intercooler and drilling holes through the engine bay wear the airbox goes and putting some screws throgh to hold it in place

you can pick em up on here for around $400-$550 with piping and everything. they are rated to handle up to 16psi I believe.

I've got one of these coolers, but i'm only on 5 pound at the moment. Do these flutter with higher boost? Say 10-11psi and onwards?
