on cold morning starts... when trying to turn i get loud screetch noises in both directions, but not whilst driving ie; parking and ****.. oh yeh and when i try n shuck sick donuts and i full lock... sounds like a bunch of arabs whistling under my guards help?

check fluid level, but most likely your belt! Check the best and retention it, if its warn at all throw a new one in.

if it's a squealing inoise t's the belt, if it's grinding it's probably a worn power steering pump or low fluid.
