I've got a S2 calais n/a auto. In the last couple of days there has been a loud nocking sound from the rear, mainly just while accelerating around corner. It does this at low speeds as well. I have to go slow and wait until the car is straight before I can accelerate again without the nocking. Any ideas what this could be, thought it may be the tail shaft but not sure. Thanx for any help you can give.

It's more the other way around, When I back off it stops. Unless it's a tight corner. Do you have to change the axels to put the lsd in. Thanks mate

I spoke to a mechanic who said that it was probably the Planetary Gears, can any one confirm if this sounds right. Would it be best to just change the whole diff center. Does any one have a turbo LSD diff, or prices for a standard diff center.
