Yeah I have a crow 221 cam... I got it through JPC, but I didn't know it was a crow cam until I got it... prolly could have gotten it cheaper direct from crow, but oh well... They told me that it was the same cam that they use in their drag VLT... I found that it really comes on well at about 3000rpm, or when at full boost.... made the engine more responsive all though the rev range...

i had a jpc/crow stage 1, and then went to one of lukes cams. let me say it is definately more aggressive but luke can grind you a cam to suit what ever application you have in mind, just pm him, he is very helpful. i'm pretty sure he is cheaper than crow, and definately cheaper than JPC. regards mark Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

The Crow/JPC stage 1 will work well with standard computer. It is a good performance street cam, its a good cam for a street/strip car. There stage 2 is a good cam will run a fairly easy 10 (not sure if they are good for a 9). http://www.crowcams.com.au/template...Commodore.shtml (http://www.crowcams.com.au/templates/Catalogue-TurboVLCommodore.shtml) However if your going a stage 2 JPC or AVO stage 3 I recommend going aftermarket ECU and injectors first. From what I know you will have a hard time getting your motor to run properly with these cams using the standard ECU.

That's what i got in mine(wade 818b) I think it's pretty good actually, comes on about 3ish,pulls hard all the way to 7200rpm. used to have the JPC stage1, went to the wade 818b.Most of Rajabs cars and bresciani's cars use them, so i'm told.Good for 10's.
