When i brake, my brake peddal shudders. i have changed the front discs to new machined ones and have changed the turbo calipers over but the bake peddal still shudders.
What else should i check?
Could it be the suspension?

Unevenly worn tyres, dirt/grease/etc. on the rotors, loose suspension.

Jack up the car and see if you can wobble the wheel, that will give you a better idea of where to look. It might be something as simple as not tightening the castle nut on the wheel bearing enough.

Is it just the pedal that shudders or is it the steering wheel as well?

If only the pedal shakes and not the steering wheel then it is the rear discs. They will need machining.

I just had the same problem. Machine your discs, chuck in some new pads - problem solved.
