Nah, the guy who is moving out is a stoner....and that's all he does with his life (dropped outta uni). And we've found there are problems which go with that.
My flatmate has put up on the QUT accom. services site that 'female preferred' :P Can't argue with that. My gf (who lives here 1/2 the time anyway) would also like another woman around the house. So if any of you blokes have a missus who wants to move, send 'em this way.

I had a mate who was livin' with me and the missus. He was exactly the same and eventually flogged some of my stuff and hocked it for a hit. I told him to fu(k off and haven't seen him since. Tossers I can live without.
