my mate has a 1987 TM magna. It has water coming out of the exhaust. If anyone can give me any info as to what the hell is going on i would appreciate it, (besides just getting rid of the piece of ****) I was thinking probably a head gasket or possibly valve problems.
any help appreciated
thanks alot

Ah yes, these magnas are notorious for engine and transmission problems and are nothing but trouble. Every time I'm behind one at the lights I'm left in a huge cloud of smoke when the lights turn green. They are expensive to fix. I would suggest he get rid of it.

I feel very sorry for your mate.
Anyway, most likely a blown head gasket, or cracked/warped head.
Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

ive told the dumb son of a bitch to get rid of it, but he aint hearing me. anyhow thanks for all your help, i am still going to fix it for him, but im not guarenteeing anything with the repair work. You guys have any ideas what i should charge, maybe 500 to 600 for the head gasket repair and shaving the head? If it has a cracked head, that is a different story i guess
thanks again
