Was thinking about buying a set of pacemaker extractors off ebay, There 350 bucks a set, However it says Will not fit Hydromatic and Powerglide Autos. Just wondering what are they?. I have a 1986 Stock VL Berlina auto will they fit?

yes
yes pacemaker extractors for a VL 6cyl will work on your car, just make sure you replace any broken exhaust studs when you do it.
Powerglide and Hydromatic auto's are old(strong) auto gearboxes, people use that are pushing out big HP eg 450+ most use these for drag racing etc....
