Does any1 have any ideas on converting your standard handbrake to hydraulic(as standard brake cannot lock up rear wheel no matter how hard you pull!) seen sum chick on a dvd get it done to her brock ss to get it to drift. It works mad! any1 how? How much? Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

prolly pretty complicated, just try dodgy as, hook the cable from the handbrake up to another master cylinder under the car and then run hydraulic lines to the brakes, and the complex bit would prolly be putting another hydraulic cable into the original one which is already on the brakes. Isn't it illegal?

Theres a "Hot Rodder" bloke in Castlemaine that does produce such a kit but for 9- inch diffs only. He is not part of Hadfeild either, I'II try and dig his business name up if I can still find the magazine where I saw his advertisement.

yea, that chicks name is catherine (i think). she got that handrake just before the drift nationals at calder but she was drifting the car way before then at other morwell drift meets and so forth. remember hearing it cost her $700 fitted. she is part of fulllock motorsport. think they have a website u could prolly mail her for more info. but bottom line - handbrake is for amateurs. comp lock mate!! chris.
