Yea, id say get the mods to get his ip, dns it, call the isp, get in contact with the police and get the police to ask for login times for that ip, and under what account..and go bust his ass. but he could be a smarty and be using someone else's dailup, in that case, ask the isp to see what phone number he connected from (if his 56k that is ) and bust him that way. Id say due to the fair trade act, the police and lawers would be very helpfull. If he is using broadband..it would be even esayer to catch him, unless of corse he was using a proxy..then you have to start doing some searching.. :S bloody *******..i hope people like this dont wreck what we have..ive had nothing but good experiance dealing with guys here..as most of you have i presume :/ bah..that just makes me want to kill the cnt..

Well we pretty much have two options. Ban him or everyone on this forum gives him a negative 'Trader Rating' as a warning for anyone wanting to buy goods off him in the future.

i picked up on this guy a while back he kept sending me e mails on what he was always selling and i offered to buy something off him through the post c.o.d but he declined,i smelt fishy business then in a post a couple of weeks back i hit him hard and he buckled,on other forums the rb26 engine he was selling he said was from a 97 model car then on this forum he said it was a 98 model series 2 v spec engine,if he got his stories right he would of won but he cant remember his own bhullshyt.

DISTURBED: Considering he has ripped people off out of weeks to months worth of pay and savings (it takes months to save money as you have to spend moeny to pay bills and food etc), why dont you get ASIO involved if you have some sort of destinct connection with them. Not only will you be doing other people a huge favor, you will rid the internet of this menace. For the record, i have accepted about 5k worth of direct funds transfer into my account from people i havnet seen their faces from, and i do my best to keep them well informed should something go astray. I always deliver or if i cannot - i refund. Its a shame that the trader rating came in as a late delelopment, i would have had a killer rating ! Please - only accept direct debit from people you can trust and know they are genuine. It is hard however to weed out the dodgy ones to the genuine ones so trade carefully with people you dont know.
