Dunno what it's meant to be but mine returned 11.9l to 100ks last time I measured, regular city driving. That was with new plugs, leads, coil, oxy sensor.

I get 650 - 700km to a tank. that is using premium unleaded, with all new filters and using some of the nulon boost and performance and injector cleaners regularly. also a lot of thrashing.

23-06-04, 19:45 GMT+10#13 i make around 600-650 per tank (63 litres) no matter how hard/gently i drive it, and it was 550-600 wen i got it, btw this is running ULP, if i ran pulp it would do better
i changed:
-ignition leads
-spark plugs
-hi-flow panel (old one woz paper)
-put in cai and took out+blocked up stock snorkel
all of the above should slightly help your fuel efficiency
just incase you are wonder a stock vl fuel tank is 63 litres, the wagons came with a 68 litre tank stock.

23-06-04, 19:47 GMT+10#14 anyone getting under 500 per tank without thrashing their car should search for a thread about the afm as some people found their afm setting was off and it gave them bad fuel efficiency.
