As of late some people on the site have been getting ripped off. I am forced to post this to make people aware that if you are a victom of this I cannot give out any members personal information. All buying/selling/exchanging on this site is at your own risk. Due to legal obligation and liability I cannot give out personal information for any user. To anyone who plans on ripping people off, remember why we have cops and legal systems. While I can deny users information, I cannot deny the information to the police. Cheers! Here are a few tips for buying/selling: -Do a search on the user, see if he/she has sold/bought anything before and try to PM the successful buyer/seller, see if they are happy or if there is anything they wish to mention. -Get details of the person. Everyone has a phone number. Call them and make sure it's real or get an address. The more information you have the safer it is. You don't have to try and fight to legal obtain them later on. This forum has no control over how items are bought or sold. It's up to you to say you want the item COD. Just stick to it, if the other user won't do it, simple... don't buy from or sell to them.

it would be a waste to make cod the only payment option, your selling something that costs 15 bux but you have to pay 9 dollars cod plus cost of post etc. just do the research or ask mods/members their views, etc - and you should be fine

Can you do a lsit of the 1 hit wonders ie;usernames or suspected ripoff merchants without giveing out any personel details as they do post on other forrums as well atleast we will be for warned ? or even have it privvy to the members section ?
