ok i want fix up my VL dash i was gunna try my luck putting a VN-VP dash in but colour clash would make me have 2 retrim it n e wayz so im looking at doing my VL standard dash. so i want to know where can u buy the vinyl that kinda melts and has sticky on the back that follows the contours of ya dash board do u guys know what i mean i have normal Vinyl i bought from spotlight and i can do the door trims and so on but i think its way to thick to put on the dash especialy where the the glove box is cause there and steps and so on. so can sum 1 help me out???

use VHT vinyl paint and just spray the dash dude.

vinyl paint is the way to go. I got some made up for the colour of the dash using the paint code on the plates on the firewall. i have yet to use it tho to see what it is like but most likey will do it soon and put up some pics.

wouldnt it scratch off and stuff like that??? my mate sprayed his dash with paint i think 2Pak or somthin and after a while it scratched off.
