Who knows of a decent exhaust fitter in perth.
I am looking at getting a front pipe made up to bolt onto the back of my dump pipe (standard VLT issue).
any help would be sweet

hey in wangara there is a place called D&T peformance exhausts. they are good and treat you and your car well.

Ok,
Quick fit exhaust is morley make a 3" front pipe mandrel bend for $160 fitted.
They also sell the adapter plate that you attach to the rear of the dump pipe for about $15 - $20 (just the standard attacment that is on the stock front pipe).

160 sounds ok. not much work involved.
460 would probably be for a complete new dump pipe
i would stay away from a certain zorst shop in Melville, they ripped me off big time
