This is my TE Ford Cortina Ghia which I built up from a rusted out wreck orignally a yucky orange colour and bought for a lousy $300, it has been fully restored by me and already won 2 trophys at the only 2 car shows it's been entered in. I painted it in Ford Festiva blue named Adriatic sea blue and used Spies Hecker 2-pak paint, Since the car is a original Ghia with optional wind back factory sunroof I decided to keep the car looking fairly factory and had a new black vinyl roof fitted, The motor conversion and build up was done by me and is a standard 302 Windsor V8 built for reliability backed by a small 2,500 hi-stall and C9 auto which then backs to a Borg-Warner 3.5 ratio mini spooled diff, I have had no problems what so ever with this set up and has worked very well. The car is still under construction. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
