cheers thanks 4 the info but im trying not to turbo it i may supercharge it later but im 19 ill be paying to much if its turbo 4 full comp atm just want suspention/diff upgrade then headders highflow cat etc then prob cam upgrade then ph3 tortec chip and just wont tell insurance hahaha was wondering as vls sway like a bitch would sway bars front and back make a **** load of differance also with adding superkink springs? cheers 4 ne feed back doing up my beast to be

If your going to do other stuff later, just flogg the crap out of it and put a turbo motor in it later when it dies. And what the hell are superkink springs? Yes swaybars will help. Try KINGS SPRINGS too. They might work better! lol

my bro is a mechanic and looked into this properly before doing the turbo conv to his R31 as a non turbo he was told that he could get up to a 30% increase in power from the head. not sure what else needed to go along with that. im bout to do it with my engine rebuild been quoted $700

The VL's already have sway bars, there just pathetic... Upgrade them with some whiteline heavy duty sway bars, and a set of superlows (or ultra lows) from Kingspring.... Will reduce body roll ALOT
