hey just reading some of the post about peoples cars being stolen... i had a alarm/immob. ect on my vl... but whenever i went somewhere were i left the car for a long time like fishin. i took the steering wheel off the car completely. the wooden steering wheels are only on by 8 allenkey screws. so i take it off an just put it in my bag or hide it.... that way they can already see that they cant take off with the car. but the best alarm out lately is the pager. no theift can break into it without ur pager goin off.

You could also disconnect one of the fuel pump's connections, then it won't prime.

there has to be some sort of alarm that can be set at any time ie. 3 seconds and if someone is in the versinity of like half a meter the alarm starts to go of.

U're talking about Microwave sensors. I had one on my first calais. Most alarms have the option to add a microwave sensor. If someone steps near the car or looks in the window (You can adjust how sensative it is), it sounds a warning and locks the doors if they're not already locked. If they still dont move away, then the alarm goes off. They work pretty well as long as you dont put anything metalic near the actual sensor unit.
