Thinking of putting a few cruses together guys, just wondering if you like long ones short ones, what areas stuff like that, and ideas appreciated!
Edit: Don't be saying an Urban city cruise- eg; Chapel Street
I want to avoid those spots as they are cop magnets

I would be in for some north/west burb cruizes.
I reckon cruizes with 2-3 stopping/meeting points is a good idea.
have a bbq and photo shoot for day cruizes, long day cruizes are better than long night cruizes.
Phillip island would be a good cruze.
what about a macedon ranges cruize?
could meet at maccas/BP across from Calder, go to calder on a friday night and then have a cruize from there.
Big cruze- Aroung the bay in a day (like the bike ride) meet in melb, head to queenscliff, catch ferry to sorrento, have lunch, cruze to melb. Or go other way.
Just afew ideas of mine. But ppl have to show up to make it worth it. Otherwise cruzes r ****.
my 2c!
lol,
yer a cruze to coonville would be great! lol
JETVILLE......lol
Then you can show every1 ur workshops..Harris raceway/Legit performance and then head around to ross st rod shop for our coolers!
I am not putting 4x4 tyres on for any cruise :P
and my SATNAV system isn't hooked up, I dont wanna get jumped by Gippsland locals either. I'll be very cautious, cruising in any eastern victoria neigbourhood.
Anyway... I'll go for a cruise anywhere, once the car is finshed, which should be by the end of the month.

how ironic "legit" performance...
I didn't think that was possible in the automotive industry...

A cruise to MT BULLER is a great drive.. especially hookin out through the black spur.
Going up Buller is good too.. but can only do it in summer
But warburton and the yarra ranges host some great roads.. thats my vote.

A cruise through the Dandenongs would be great for me!
I would be a little cautious in terms of weather and well, probably driver ability if we are going to do a cruises in the Yarra Ranges.
What I'm getting at is:
tight twisty roads + a bit of moisture + big HP RWD car + young driver = UH OH!
I've seen it a million times before in my area. We would probably have to do a driver briefing with an experienced driver explaining the conditions ahead so everybody is clear on what to expect.
I think this is good practice for any sort of well organised cruise.
Just my 2c........
Steve.
