Then spent 6-8 months of hard work and money swapping the imacculate engine interia and various body parts, Full respray that i could see my reflection in and i did myself. Registered it finally on jan 28. Then an hour ago some ass decided to run up mine while i was contemplating a right hand turn. ITS GONE WRITTEN OFF only insured for 3500. MY MASTERPIECE that i created is screwed Well im gonna try to save up for a VLCT with my pay out, maybe ill get to keep the wreck? what you reckon? yeah i know how you feel *pats on the back* I just finished my calais full bare metal colour change the most perfect body on it and 4 days later just last week I pulled up at a t section and stoped to turn left and this **** head cut the corner, didn't even see me and ran straight into my front end all new gards lights everything smashed up *cry's* I have never sworn so much! and the **** didn't have insurance. if its his fault you should get to keep it? dont they come out and asses the car and see its value (the other persons insurer??) isnt it if its the other persons fault then their insurance has to cover it???? i know someone who had her car written off a while ago she was hit up the ass the other bloke paid for it well his insurance did. it was an old vc commo and she got like nearly 2 Grand so surly u must be able to get more

Na man Racv are shhit If I want the car back I have to go and bid for it at Tullamarine and im not going out there to buy my own car back. Anywayz the car is mangled Ill post some pics when i get them developed all the doors moved I got quotes for like $5000 to fix. Whole car is BENT and needs to go on a rack. They hit at 70kmh in a 50 zone (while i was stationary) ***cin mo fo. And No IM NOT AT FAULT that is like the only good thing bout this crash! Panel beater said wreakers will be bidding up to $1000 :'( cos the engine only has done 140000 the whole front is brand new 2 months ago and the interia is 100% perfect. heres what i think you should do if you aren't overly wealthy. - get ya 3500. save a bit more then you should fine a decent n/a calais. - From there you will have a nice daily driver. - save again until you can afford a vlt engine (1000-3000) - if the above isn't viable (financially), source some vlt parts one by one from here, and go the conversion path... Good luck mate, its about time you got some.

mmm damn ey man, i wrote mine off 2 wednesdays ago The one in my avatar. It was so nice and it was my fault i rammed into my mates nissan pulsar at like 100kmph. I was so sad, but as long as u come out of it healthy, its all good. Cars can be repaired but lives cant. Some original photos have not been recovered yet.
