Hey guys, now that i have my system all up and running i am trying to decide between two box designs. My first idea was like PSI WAGON's and have a box on either side of the car. But now ive got the idea of making one for both subs and sit it behind my back seat. Which one will sound better do you think?? This pic (you'll have to use your imagination here) is the box behind the seat idea. I will have the 2 subs on the left and right and chuck an amp or 2 in the middle section. I will have to figure out how i can mount it and also make it movable so that i can push it up to the front seats when the back is down. And this is the side box idea. The amp will be mounted near the sub horizontally. So yeh, i like both ideas and would like to have both but not too sure yet. And also, when a sub is in a sealed box what happens to the air that gets pushed out normally through a port?? Thanks guys Some original photos have not been recovered yet.

In a sealed box, the air (ideally) doesnt escape, and is just compressed and expanded by the movement of the sub.

first pic idea looks best, you can put amps in middle aswell, i think if you put one sub on each side facing each other then the bass would hit and rebound kinda thing? im not sure whether that would sound good

Ok guys, ive gone with the behind the beack seat idea. Ive made the 2 boxes for the subs and ive almost finished the big box which will go around it all. All i need is some carpet and my 2nd sub. Hopefully i will get those asap. Thanks 87 DeVL and ViperVL for the replys. Ill post pics of the finished product if anybody is interested...
