hey, need sum1 to clean my injectors, but dont wanna travel to brescani.
i've got two sets and need sum1 to find the best 6 and clean them for me.
if anyone has ne recomendations on who to c, or who not to c, post away.
thanks. chris.
I got mine completely reconditioned back to new, inlcuding replacement of caps and a few other parts for around 240 bucks. Can't remember where i got them done at tho... All the test reults were absolutely perfect afterwards.
I was going to do it on the side, however with stock vl turbo injectors you are better off to pay up and have them recoed at the same time. 5 times out of ten the vlt injectors start to leak and need to be recoed anyways

So let me get this straight, it cost you $240, not $320 from Powerflow in Ringwood?? That was for a full reco of the 6 injectors??
My car is a b*tch to start and is running really badly so I need to get mine done. I was gunna go to Powerflow too.
Anyone else had theirs done there??

Yes thats correct CHAYSR. I didnt originally look at my recipt, my bad. They did an excellent job. If they are leaking thou they dont recommend them getting rebuilt cause 9 times out of ten they leak again.
For an ultra sonic bath, filter change, injector test and new rubbers, $20 each.
Carby-Better (or something like that) in Keys Road Cheltenham.
$120 for the set.
O.K, so if mine are leaking (ie hard to start in morning etc) and reco-ing them isn't the best option, how much are change over(?) injectors for a VLT?????

BEst bet is to throw them in the bin and buy a new set of Bosch aftermarket injectors for $700 for a set (better than $1400 trade genuine),unless you want to sell the car then it is someone elses problem after you have sold it (i.e. fitting S/h injectors)

Holy f*ck!! Is that how much they are??? Can you get reco'ed ones or something?? That seems really expensive for stocko injectors........
